Weekly Update

September 19 2022

1.  I have sent the updated directories (CLERGY AND CLERGY SPOUSE) to Morgan to be hung on our district web page.

2.  I have received a donation of a robe and some stoles.  Let me know if you are interested.

3.  GriefShare will start at Independence UMC on October 4, please pass this word along and let folks know they need to let me know ASAP if they are interested,
First gathering is October 4 and continues each Tuesday night for 13 weeks.  Starts at 6:30 and concludes each night by 8:30

CLERGY:  LETTERS TO SPRC CHAIRS WITH ADVISORY FORMS WILL BE MAILED OUT SEPTEMBER 21^ST(YOU WILL RECEIVE A COPY OF THE LETTER, ALSO)…..PLEASE CHECK AFTER THIS DATE TO BE SURE YOUR SPRC RECEIVES THIS IMPORTANT MAILING!
 
CLERGY: PLEASE GO INTO PEOPLE PORTAL AND UPDATE PROFILES ON YOURSELF AND YOUR CHURCHES!  IF YOU CAN HAVE THIS DONE BY OCTOBER 15^TH, IT WOULD BE GREAT!
Mineral Wells UMC is going to have a GriefShare class beginning on September 7th, (Wednesday night) and continuing for 13 weeks. Classes will begin at 6pm.They extend an open invitation to anyone that would like to be a part of the GriefShare group. Cost will be $15.00 for the workbook. Mike Lobasso will be leading the sessions. Mike can be reached at 901 461 9112 for further information.

• November 27, 2022-Ladies Christmas Coffee at Love UMC
• December 1, 2022-Clergy FAMILY Christmas Party at Wesley Meadows in Hernando!  More details as they are made, please mark the date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

January 3, 2023-Return to office for NEW YEAR 2023!
