Its annual conference week!  Tonight is the last training on how to do voting virtually!  By now I assume all clergy and lay members to the annual conference have received your voter ID#...

Clergy-please update your clergy and church profiles as soon as you can...

Como UMC has 21 off white choir robes that they would like to give to a church that can use them.....let me know..

 DATES OF IMPORTANCE

• June 29-Clergy Moving Day
• June 30-Audits from local churches due
• June 30-Deadline to request face to face Charge Conference with DS(clergy)
• July 1-5-Cheryls vacation
• July 4-1^st Sunday in New Pulpits
• July 5^th-district office closed for holiday
• July 15^th-deadline to schedule your fall consultation with DS(clergy)
• August 7-Charge conference training at District Office at 10:00-for those doing charge conference paperwork for the first time or those who want a refresher course!
• August 15^th-Ministry Fair at Batesville First UMC
• August 25^th-GRIEFSHARE starts at Mineral Wells UMC at 6:00 and continues every Wednesday night through November 3.  Call Cheryl or Mineral Wells UMC to let us know you are interested!
• September 6^th-office closed for holiday
• November 22-26-Thanksgiving Holidays
• December 22-January 4, 2022-Christmas Holidays
• Return for new year on January 5, 2022
