Our deepest sympathy and love go out to the family and friends of Rev. Ruth Wood who passed away Monday, May 24, 2021. Rev. Wood was a trailblazer who responded to God's call on her life and was the first female pastor ordained in Mississippi. She paved the way for other women to be faithful to their calling.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, May 27 evening at Booneville Funeral Home in Booneville, MS at a time to be determined. The funeral will be held Friday, May 28 at 11:00 am at Booneville Funeral Home.
